ITR Refund For Previous Years

Can I claim refund of my tds u/s 194A for FY 16-17, 17-18 & 18-19 in filing return of 18-19. My income in FY 16-17, and 17-18 was under threshold limit and I forgot to file return of such period?

No you cannot file the return and claim refund, because due date for the same is expired.

But can I claim it in 'TDS Brought Forward' Option?

May be you cannot.. if you have shown carry forward in last year IT, you can claim this year as brought forward..

ITR filing and claim is on the basis of AY.So you can't claim earlier Tds.

So visit the income tax dept.File condonation of delay.And Submit ITR's for earlier years and claim refund

FY 2018-2019 ITR you can still file upto 31-3-2020 but of course with late fee. And claim TDS for this FY only as per 26AS statement.

For earlier years FY 2016-17 & 2017-18 you have to follow delay Condonation process and the after approval file ITR of both years and claim TDS respectively as per 26AS
