Yes was applicable on 8/7/2017 & As per Section 95(2) of J&K Reorganization .Act 2019(34 of 2019) the J&K Goods & Services Tax Act 2017 shall be Applicable to UT of J&K (Effective from 31/10/2019 as per MHA Notification S.O 2889(E), DTD 9/8/2019)
