if I have received advance Rs 10000 under services @ 18% then how much to pay as advance GST .

10000/1.18*.18=1525 u have to pay

For supply service - yes, tax to be paid @ 18%.
For the supply of goods - advance received is not subject to GST. The entire amount will be taxed on the issue of the invoice (w.e.f. 15th November 2017).
