Is there any condition that rebate u/s 87A is not allowed on LTCG u/s 112A

NO,
there is no such conditions..
only thing is for 87A rebate your total income should be below 350000/-

There is conditions as follows :
available to resident
if gross total income upto 350000 upto AY 2019-20
If total income upto 500000 from AY 2020-21
There is no other condition other than that for claiming rebate u/s 87A.

The Tax rebate of Rs 2,500 for individuals with income of up to Rs 3.5 Lakh for AY 2019-2020.
The rebate u/s 87A has now been revised to Rs 12,500 with income upto Rs 5 lakhs for FY 2019-20 / AY 2020-21
