CA Final-Marks not allotted in Certified Copy

Hi,
I recently received certified copy of CMA answer sheet of and found that against 2 questions no marks is allotted and given zero, though my answers are absolutely correct. Even no step marking is given.
Can anyone help me out...? What I can do?
