Any one who has subscribed shares of the company and whose name entered in the Registers of Members ( In MGT-1) or In records of Beneficiary owner as maintained by company or first subscriber to MOA shall be considered as member ( Shares = Equity + Preferred Shares)

Your question is not clear,but as what I understand you would like to ask , Whether creditor can apply for or acquire shares with another person ( Yes, He can acquire)
