Refund of itc
can anyone tell me that if we are exporters and we have LUT ,we are filing sales invoice without payment of tax the we are eligible for refund or not ?

Yes you are fully eligible for GST refund.
Are you mentioning exports in gstr 3b
Are you filling shopping bills in gstr1
please check ITC rule, per my knowledge Exempt supply will not eligible for the credit.
