1. At the time of the filling BOE? OR
2. After payment of tax when goods are lying at ports. OR
3. After receipt of goods at our plant.
You should avail ITC on imported goods only AFTER the RECEIPT OF GOODS at your plant.
Sec 16(2) says you should claim ITC only when you-
Possess tax paying document
Have received such goods
Paid GST on such goods
