Regarding quotation of PAN
In case of depositing cash more than Rs.50,000 in bank in one day, who is required to quote his pan,the person who is depositing the cash or the person who is the holder of that account?

Shaibal Mazumdar Sir, holder of account will mention his PAN if deposit > 50K in one day
PAN IS COMPULSORY IF YOU DEPOSITE CASH OF MORE THAN 50000 INR...BUT IN CASE IF YOU ARE NOT HAVING PAN..YOU FILL FORM 60 ALONG WITH DEPOSITE SLIP..
