There is a column for the exempt income u may write the figures there.
Moreover if ur rent paid is more than ur exempt hra than u have one more option use 80GG if total amount of rent paid in a year is upto 60000 yearly

If the assessee is in receipt of HRA, he is not eligible to claim deduction under Sec 80GG.
