We have purchased two satellite phones from BSNL. BSNL along with supply of satellite phones charged WPC charges and licence fee as under
cost of phones Rs. 180000
WPC Charges Rs. 14000
licence fee Rs. 500
Total Rs. 194500
Kindly state the applicability of TDS on above?

No.you purchase Bsnl phone so TDs not applicable on purchased.wps chares & licence fees 14500
TDs on professional applicable 10 % when professional service more than 30000 rs
TDs on professional applicable 10 % when professional service more than 30000 rs
