ITR V for Individual can sign other than assessee
if the assessee (individual) not available, can sign anybody on behalf and send it to CPC, Bengaluru? Pls advice.

Legally it's a long procedure that you must hold POA etc. as per section 140.
But practically you could just write his/her name in the sign box and send it to the CPC Bangalore. This would be sufficient compliance. No need to wait for the person.
