Have you delivery the goods of 15 aug2018?
Or you are issuing the same invoice on 4sep18.

If your invoice value more than 50k and movement of goods in motorized conveyance then eway Bill should be generated based on sales invoices.

You should have the valid reason for this gap, else its not allowed
