can supply between HO and branch be liable for GST...Valid reason for both type of answers..

H.O and branch is in different states.

If Different State then Different GSTIN... GST is applicable as per other party...

If same state and same GSTIN then GST not applicable...

Bcoz, No way for charge GST for same GSTIN.

How can you show supply to yourself .
