where should i show the same? & also for ZERO rated Imports purchase is it mandatory to show if yes then in which column??

Yes you have to show in sl no 4 in GSTR 3b
table 4. is for Eligible ITC we are asking about exempted nil rated zero rated supply & services and duty freee imports
