Tax on dividend earned above ten lakhs
Does this apply to dividends received on shares or both including dividends of mutual fund too?

Only over dividend received from domestic companies (i.e. shares); not over MF......
dividend excess of ₹10lakhs attracts tax @ 10% u/s 115 BBDA
