Who are the certain categories for due date for return is extended?

those who are required to file their income tax retur us 139(1). simply those who are not required to get their books of accounts audited.

The certain categories means Who is required file ITR in or before 31st July they ate eligible for extended date...

Who is not under Tax Audit they will be use this extent...

while i am filing Form-10E it asks me to use DSC. Can i file it without using DSC ? I

Is it compulsory to use DSC for filing Form-10E ?

there is no provision to revise return. if it is credit i.e purchase bill take it in next month. you are eligible for claiming credit. and if it sales bill you have to pay tax plus interest (in practice no one pays such interest simply includes the sales bill in next month)
