income from other sources (rental of hydro crane) 50000
witch ITR form apply in online portal of income tax plz suggest me

As per Your query You can file ITR 4 presumptive taxation scheme...

But, Check out Your eligible for presumptive scheme.

sir as par 44AD incone ITR 4 is right but yadi 44 AD ke sath other sources income ITR 4 me dalne se invalid to nai hoga

no... it won't become invalid... you can file ITR 4

No... It's not become invalid. You can show income from other sources amount. But, The IFOS amount can't compute as 8 percent.

ITR-4 is to be filed, if the assessee opts for 44AD. ITR-4 will not become ineligible/invalidate just by having Income from Other Sources. So, you can go with ITR-4.
