Go to the link https://onlineservices.tin.egov-nsdl.com/etaxnew/tdsnontds.jsp thru secure browser
and select challan 280 and fill details and then select the bank.

Yes you can pay online with TIN NSDL website through Challan 280...

Yes you can pay online self assessment by going to nsdl site and select challan 280 and fill detaills. After then select the bank and make payment by internet banking.
