What is the procedure to convey closing of partnership firm to income tax department and registrar of firms?

Is it mandatory to surrender the PAN or just intimation is enough?

1st You have need to make Dissolution Deed and Submit to rof office and make letter of pan surrender and submit to income tax with last filled return and dissolution deed of Firm.
