Is income tax charged if one draws out profit from his own company on which 30% tax is already paid?

Company has to pay dividend tax on distribution of profits to its shareholders.
company? if it's proprietorship concern then no effect but if it's a company then there's possibility of deemed dividend under 2(22)(e)
