but it can for A.Y 2016-17
The filing date for AY 2015_16 is over. you can't file now. Though if you have any refund you can request a condonation and file it

see your liability to file return only arises if your taxable income is more than slab u may file in other cases also
If you will not file return then you may get a notice from department at that just prove that your income was 1,80,000
