incorporation of limited liability partnership

1. Obtain DSC of designated partners.
2. Apply for DPIN.
3. Apply for the name of LLP in Form 1.
4. Once the name is reserved by Registrar, file form 2 for incorporation of LLP "Incorporation Document and Statement".
5. After satisfying himself about Compliance, Registrar with in 14 days of filing form 2, will issue COI in form 16
6. File Form 3 & Form 4 simultaneously at the time of filling Form 2 or within 30 days of incorporation.
