if there are no inter state supplies happily u can opt for composition scheme. but do remember law always comes with exceptions. in composition scheme u have to pay 1% of turnover and u won't get any input credit
revere harge no input and 01-07-2017 openings stock of inter state purchase so u can not opt for compoaition scheme
