Rent paid in furtherance of Busniess is liable for GST . Please confirm .
yes as per schedule 2 para b, if any lease or letting out of the building including -
-a commercial
-industrial
-resdiential complex
for business or commerce, wholly or partly is a supply of service.
and ofcourse it should be in course of furthrance of business.
