Since, GST website has so many issues & unable to file the return on time, but collected late fee, is there any possibility to file complaint in SUPREME COURT against INFOSYS & GST.

Yes you can file a case against GST Council of India
Yes you can complain because we are paying late fee without any gst act , and without any fault , Govt. must fix error of the portal before deciding any due date.
