good morning everyone.
I m rented and my landlord is has registered gst .
I have started paying him gst amount from the month of oct...and gst to be paid for the month of July, aug and sept is due.
but landlord has himself paid the GST amount for July,aug and sept from his own pocket...and his gst is registered on 28.8.17
now can I pay him the due amount of gst now...and what will I have to do in my gstr3b return of Jan,17
no need to pay to the landlord,since the landlord already paid GST amount to the govt.
if you already shown the GST amount in GSTR3b return in previous months,no need to show in gst 3b return of Jan month.
if not shown,please include the same in jan month.
