Invest in bonds issued by NHAI. should invest within 6months from the date of transfer of the Asset.

Also you can invest in bonds issued by RECI U/S 54EC to get the benefit . It should be invested within 6 months.

benefit of indexation is available only on capital indexed bond and sovereign gold bond only....read sec 48
