Can we claim Input Tax credit paid on import purchase under Courier Bill of Entry.
For example: Import some goods through DHL Courier. Filling of BE & Duty payment on behalf of Importer done by DHL courier. Can claim IGST credit.

Dear Rakesh,
I am having the same query. Have you got any solution for how to claim IGST Credit. What if it is not reflecting in our GSTR 2A (Input Tax Credit)???
