We have paid excess GST amount of RS. 2950000 under the head CGST by mistake for the month of September, So if there will be no GSTR 3 return than how would i claim refund of this amount . Plz help.

I think you need to wait until GSR3 deadlines were fixation, as per 23rd council decision
As per 23rd meeting GSTR 2 and 3 has already been abolished
