rcm - gst on labour charges paid
whether RCM under gst Payable on labour charges paid?

Please clarifiy whether the payment in terms of wages or temporary labour charges.
If it is being in the nature of Wages than no need to pay GST otherwise GST need to be paid on RCM. Also for the month of October there is no need to book RCM.
as per notification RCM is waived. on which items RCM is payable And on which not payable?
