Please give your inputs
a) Can a Preference Shares of Rs. 25 can be converted into Equity of Rs. 10?
b) If we have two type of Equity Rs. 25 & Rs. 10 nominal value, will they be covered as two different classes? If Yes, Can we initiate buy-back out of one type of shares?
