RCM Notification No.38/2017-Central Tax (Rates) Dated 13th October 2017 is an amendment to the principal Notification No.08/2017 which was effective from 1st July 2017. As such the effective date of this notification is also 1st July 2017. It means RCM is not applicable from 1st July 2017 to 31st March 2018.
