Rcm is applicable on payments to GTA(whether intra or inter) by specified persons
Bhargav ji do i need to register in gst as the notification no.5 gave exemption under cgst act. There was no mention of igst sections.There is a confusion as to registration please can you help
only a registered person can make inter state supplies.
so i am a gta making inter state supply need to register?

corporate,
partnership
firm, casual
taxable
person;
located in taxable territory???
i am in west bengal and my consignee is of Gujarat and is a registered company
You provide serives only to that company??? In that case no need to register
