Is RCM applicability postponed for unregistered purchase only or for all other transactions too?

only for unregistered suppliers, the application of RCM is deferred.

rcm liability will now start from 1 april 2018.......only for urd purchase

Hello,

RCM is still applicaple. It is postponed only for section 9(4) of CGST and 5(4) of IGST.

These sections cover those supplies of goods and services which are made by a UNREGISTERED SUPPLIER to REGISTERED RECEPIENT.
