1) from 0 - 250000 = tax is nil
from 250000 - 500000 = 10% on difference amount ( 25000 )
from 500000 - 900000 = 20% on difference amount ( 80000 )
income tax = 0 + 25000 + 80000
= 105000

2) education cess 2% and secondary/higher education cess 1% on income tax .

3) 3% on income tax 105000 I.e 3150

4) total income tax 105000 + 3150 I.e 108150
