GST PAYMENT IS NOT REFLECTING IN CASH LEDGER

Same thing happened with me... made gst payment, got deducted from account but not reflecting in cash ledger. I contacted tech process, they said it's closed early due to heavy rain in Mumbai so contact tomorrow morning. Now my amount is hanging between bank and payment gateway. So pls contact them tomorrow morning. Welcome to Digital India.

Yes... Some time the credit ldger can't update the payment transactions at the time of Overload.

So, please wait and write to GSTN

I linked UTR number. Then after five updated the cash ledger.

How did you linked UTR number 

Go to challan history click on cpin then you will prompt to UTR link. Put your UTR number and link. After five minute tax amount will reflect in cash ledger.

We paid thru online transfer, but cpin is ok, also downloaded challan but not reflecting in Cash ledger and status initiated.

You can link UTR only when the status shows paid right
