excess payment of advance tax

is excess payment of advance tax is refundable before the filing of return?
I have paid advance tax RS. 370000 instead of RS.37000.

will be adjusted with future liability of advance tax ... if excess as at 31.03.2018 ... you can claim refund by filing of itr

Yes. After filing your ITR it's shown as refundable. After ITR processed then you can get refund...
