pls suggest which type of tax abc will charge in invoice cgst & sgst or igst only

As far I can understand the provisions, and facts given by you, if the delivery in Maharastra is to customer of xyz, it is IGST sales, since xyz registered (principal place) is in Karnataka [ deeming provisions ] unless he has establishment in Maharastra and delivery in Maharastra to xyz agent or otherwise. Then it will be intra state.
