And don't count your knowledge and capability by your percentage it's just a card of your 1 year activity not really for your capability

CA is not only meant for toppers..
Infact CA is all about concentration, hardwork and dedication. If you have all these than definitely you can become a chartered accountant..

Even if you think you're average, there's a possibility that you actually know more than what you feel. You have to seriously drop this mental setback and go for what you want. See this as a friendly advice.
