mistake in GSTR 3b

wrong ITC amount submitted in GSTR 3b .. how to rectify ... and now do i have to pay more tax since ITC amout is much lower than actual ?

Yes you should pay balance amount of tax along with interestand correct the details in GSTR-1

will i get the refund after filing GSTR 1 since i took less input than actual

If you have taken more ITC than actual available credit how you will get refund after paying balance amount challan in cash
