Will we have to pay GST under reverse charge on transportor bill? Can we claim input credit on the same?

if a GTA provides Goods transport services to the registered dealer then even if the turnover of the GTA exceeds 20lakhs then GTA is not required to be registered under GST.
Second, Reverse charge paid by registered dealer then ITC can be claimed by registered dealr.

we have pay in cash and then we have to claim ITC or can be adjusted with available ITC .Please reply.

No , first you need to pay GST under RCM in cash/online then claim it as ITC
