I have purchase of machine under vat tax, and my machine is in guarantee period now thing is my machine article has been broke down however my vendor is agree to replace but under gst forms how can he send, if he send through transport.. Transporter is not taking the article..because this artical has no book value.

1. You can send it on Challan Basis.
2. You can do one thing, sale the machinery to the company and purchase on the same amount,
You can send the goods which were purchased prior to GST with its previous bill and you have to generate a delivery challan for getting the goods repaired.
