If Owner of the property is registered under GST, there is no question of RCM, if not registered under GST then RCM is applicable.

what is the limit ? for GST on Rent Paid on commercial property, if i am paid 10000 then gst applicable or not

When dealer crosses Rs 20 lakh turnover, he should get registered under GST and needs to start charging GST. The GST Tax rate on Rent is 18% i.e. CGST-9% & SGST-9% (within state)
