I am doing a travel business and I am paying Hire Charges for Cab rental. should I need to pay RCM for hire charges paid.

If that cab provider is unregistered then only you are required to pay GST under reverse charge.

we supply industrial instruments by courier and charge freight from customer @ 18%
Should we get invoice from courier with 18% GSt to claim credit
