Is Insurance premium can be utilised under Sec 80C or not? If not under what sec...Is it mandatory to do it ?

Only life insurance are covered u/s. 80C... not property insurance
No deduction u/s 80C ....
HOWEVER you can claim alowance of premium on building as an expense for computation of business profit u/s 30 in PGBP
