Can someone please post some Snapshots of the process to submit Reg-26 form ?

There is no link available for the same after login at gst gov in

It is field inspection report which has to be filed by the sales tax dept

FORM REG 26 for field verification purpose its fill by AO for Pre-Verification Officer....
