Can we claim rebate on Annual Maintenance Charges paid to RWA or Builder ? I received 4.8 lac rent and paid 60000 as AMC to RWA.

Had the tenant paid AMC direct to RWA instead of routing through me? Tenant is paying Rs 5000/pm as AMC to me

if it is shown as business income then you can claim amc. income under house property, only standard deduction and interest on borrowed capital is allowed
