Tcs on sale of scrap
Dear Sir/ Madam,
If a Motor Vehicle workshop sell the scrap generated during repair of motor vehicle like engine oil, clutch plate etc, will TCS be attracted on it as the definition of scrap includes generation during mechanical process. Please Clarify.

No, tcs is not applicable. Scrap here means wastage in process.
