my turnover rs 103 lakh which included 5 lakh is vat,whether it is liable for tax audit net sales 98 lakhs

If Vat has been shown separately in invoice then no. Otherwise it will be considered as a part of the turnover and you will be liable for tax audit US 44AB.

Turnover for Audit exceed from Rs. 1.00 cr. to Rs. 2.00 cr. from FY 2016-17.

It is 2 Crore in 44AD but here it is 1 cr
